Beaujolais Nouveau Launch

The precise release of Beaujolais Nouveau is mandated by the French government. Under French law, Beaujolais Nouveau is released on the third Thursday of every November at 12:01 am, just weeks after September’s “vendage”, when grapes are harvested.
Underhills Crossing Restaurant is excited yearly to take part in this event. The wine is meant to be enjoyed soon after its release The weather conditions, with heat again during harvest, had perfectly completed the ripening process and allowed us to foresee a great 2022 vintage.
